Community service projects we are working on.

Pink volunteer thank you message

Annually, we organizes a town wide garage sale. This fundraiser depends on community support by donating  & purchasing items.

Our dedication to providing assistance and support to our servicemen, women and veterans continues throughout the year.

Our blood drive is held in January (this year in May due to the January snow storm). In collaboration with Vitalent. We appreciate  the community support that helps us reach our blood donation goals.

We support Birthright which helps women, infants and toddlers. We collect & deliver items requested by the organization such as new and used clothing and other necessary items.

Things we are proud to take part in.

  • Check out how the Montville High School ACCE Students Team Up with the Montville Women’s Club!
  • Our 2025 Blood Drive was a success! We are grateful to our community and supporters for coming out and donating. Put our May 17th from 9:30 to 3:30, 2026 blood drive (moved from January due to snowstorm) on your calendar now and plan on joining us next year to collect even more pints of blood in 2026.
  • We are proud to donated to "Roots & Wings", a non-profit organization that assists young adults who age out of foster care. They provide such assistance as educational, vocational training, life skills and emotional support.
  • Each year we participate in Operation Smile, which helps children born with a cleft lip and palate by providing them with "Smile Bag" supplies, including crayons, coloring books, toothbrushes, washcloths, combs, etc. Let us know if you have any items to donate.
  • We are proud to support the The Seeing Eye, a non-profit organization which trains the dogs to assist the blind. A speaker from the organization shared may aspects of the entire process to acquire and train the dogs giving us a deeper understanding of the effort needed to prepare and give a special dog to a person in need.
  • We have also raised funds for a hydraulic lift for our local first aid squad.

Praise and Testimonials

The Women's Club has allowed me to engage in social, service, and self-development activities. I have grown as an individual, as a member of my community, and as a friend in various causes and settings - joining the Montville Township Women's Club has been one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life.

Mary Ann Henry - Member for 14 years

I love being a member of this Woman's Club. It is impressive to see the amount of dedication the other women have without seeking any accolades for themselves. I am grateful to be among people who push me to be a better member of the greater community.

Terry Becker Member for 10 years

The friendships and fun activities are only a part of why I remain involved with the Women's Club. One important aspect for me is the opportunity to do charitable work and meet people from all walks of life within those organizations. I feel that I have accomplished something good for a good cause. That feeling is immeasurable!
